Butterfinger Candy
Reviewed by Kim, 2007-11-12

I just tried this recipe and it isn't what I expected. After you boil the sugar, corn syrup and water and get to the temperature you are suppose to get to, then you add the peanut butter mix and add to a pan. Well it turned into a solid dried up mass that I couldn't get out of my pot. So what do you do then? I added some water and corn syrup. Cooked it on low and constantly mashed it to get the lumps out. Then I added some miniture marshmellows. In turn I poured it into a parchment lined 8x8 pan. Who knows maybe it will taste like peanut fudge. I will know when it cools down. My rating on this recipe is just don't even think about making it. What a waste of ingredients.
